Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Pune. The main responsibilities of the Recruiter are to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions at Ellora. The Recruiter is also expected to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, and to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the hiring team and the candidates.

• Experience as a Recruiter or in a similar Human Resources role
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Ability to source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
