Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Jaipur office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer issues, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone or email and resolving issues by providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given timeframe.
Salary upto 34K CTC
Relocation allowance of 10000 will be provided
14 days accommodation to outstation candidates
Shift Timings : Rotational Shifts/ 5 Days Working/ 2 Rotational Week Offs

Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Experience in managing a high volume of customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience in customer service
Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
