Role Description & Qualifications This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at DataBees. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn about various HR functions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Ability to work remotely and independently Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Sourcing through Job portals and social media. Cold Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles. Generate new leads through existing candidates. Process specific Head Hunting. Following up with candidates to ensure joining. Superior Communication and Interaction skills. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
