Job description
As an E-commerce manager specializing in Amazon and Flipkart platforms, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, optimize product listings, enhance brand visibility, and ensure overall success on these e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and market share while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee all aspects of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
- Optimize product listings with compelling content, high-quality images, and effective keywords to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging product content and visuals.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising initiatives to drive sales and increase product exposure.
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and bundling tactics to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to ensure timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve product ratings, reviews, and overall customer experience.
