Job description for a MIS & HR Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS & HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining databases and information systems, and generating reports,day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR data management
The MIS & HR Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that information is accurate, timely, and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain databases and information systems to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure that information is reliable and consistent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure that they can effectively use information systems and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MIS to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and policies.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, setting up new hires in HR systems, and conducting exit interviews.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including tracking time and attendance, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Manage HR data and reporting, including maintaining employee records, generating HR reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor's /Master Degree
- Proven experience in a MIS or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, such as Workday, ADP, or SAP.
