As a Digital Campaign Manager, this is what you'll be doing:
The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) will be focused on optimising our campaign delivery on behalf of our clients using their in-depth experience of running high performing digital marketing campaigns.
Predominantly the DCM will be responsible for assisting the Head of Digital Agency to:
- Implement best practice in the design and delivery of our digital campaigns on behalf of clients.
- Understand client needs and be able to create campaigns with blended products to deliver to this brief.
- Maximise return on investment through optimised delivery.
- Recognise opportunity for improvement of campaigns mid-flight.
- Upskill the existing customer service team in campaign optimisation.
- Create an environment for renewals and repeat business.
- And any other additional duties as required
Role responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns leveraging our QS owned assets to deliver against client goals of visibility, lead generation and enrolment. Optimise and deliver value through effective understanding of audience targeting campaign planning, management, reporting, and optimisation.
- Be part of the team shaping how we approach these campaigns, and lead on the management and delivery for our initial enrolment campaigns, to prove out and optimise our model.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by analysing performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Work closely with the internal team(s) to develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that deliver results, working collaboratively and clearly to gather input and execute dependencies with performance marketing, social, content and email automation teams.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling client facing reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
- Execute day to day production tasks (Ensure that all sales bookings are promptly recorded and tracked, campaign set up, client onboarding, launch, tracking & optimization)
- Regularly and formally share knowledge, skills, and best practice with the existing team to support upskilling.
- Monitor performance and budget pacing every day to drive performance and take appropriate steps to avoid over/under delivery with collaboration with the Account Management team and client.
- Support sales as required with customer interaction, to inform on strategy reporting, campaign performance and optimisation opportunities.
- Plan and maintain regular touchpoints with assigned customers, making sure their needs and expectations are met.
Key skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Digital agency background and experience is desirable.
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action.
- A team player mentality and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of multiple platforms such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience in driving campaign set-up, monitoring, analysis, and making recommendations for optimization.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in digital technologies.
- Experience of working across multiple different time zones, countries, and cultures.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Highly motivated and used to working in fast paced environments.
