As a Digital Campaign Manager, this is what you'll be doing:

The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) will be focused on optimising our campaign delivery on behalf of our clients using their in-depth experience of running high performing digital marketing campaigns.

Predominantly the DCM will be responsible for assisting the Head of Digital Agency to:

  1. Implement best practice in the design and delivery of our digital campaigns on behalf of clients.
  2. Understand client needs and be able to create campaigns with blended products to deliver to this brief.
  3. Maximise return on investment through optimised delivery.
  4. Recognise opportunity for improvement of campaigns mid-flight.
  5. Upskill the existing customer service team in campaign optimisation.
  6. Create an environment for renewals and repeat business.
  7. And any other additional duties as required
