Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in a leadership role within HR, with a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the HR function
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and other HR-related software
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
