Job description
We're looking for a Licensing Coordinator with a good understanding of legal practices and licensing procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documents, providing advice to clients, and handling essential company secretarial tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work on documentation for company licensing.
- Manage licensing tasks on different portals while ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements.
- Handle necessary amendments when required.
- Provide updates to the team and during meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and guide them on licensing matters.
- Offer advice to clients on business activities and company names.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Background in commerce.
- Familiarity with concepts like MOA, AOA, POA, BR, and Amendments.
- Competent presentation skills.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing CS (Company Secretary) or possessing an MBA/MCOM or background in commerce or Fresher can also apply.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions.
- Practical experience in handling licensing tasks and related documentation.
