Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and creating and implementing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.

Must have

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT sales
• Proven experience in closing high ticket clients
• Bench sales recruitment knowledge
• Bidding experience in freelancing portals like upwork, freelancer, fiverr, contra, etc
• Minimum 2 years of total work experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the technology services industry is preferred

Relevant qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
