We are looking for a product manager to join Compliance Platform Product Management Team.
Compliance Platform fuels the trust and confidence consumers, and merchants have in PayPal's expanding value proposition, and it is a powerful competitive advantage for PayPal. Through a combination of in-depth subject matter expertise, global research capabilities and flexible platform and technology tools, the Compliance Platform helps PayPal meet regulatory obligations and prevent financial crimes.

Job Description:

Your way to impact

• You will own the concept, productization, and delivery of the technical solutions to improve productivity, drive operational efficiency, and scale to support our business growth
• You will partner closely with the Engineering, Legal, and Regulatory Policy and Business Units team and drive cross-functional alignment. You will assume centralized ownership of best-in-breed Reg Tech solutions to set the vision and build toward a best-in-class future state.

Your day to day

In your day-to-day role, you will

• Building and executing the product roadmap to create value and remove barriers for customers
• Partneringwith data scientists, engineeringteams,programmanagers,operationsteams, business leaders, andmoreto build features collaboratively and inclusively
• Identifyinggoals and metrics to drive prioritization andtimelydelivery of products and experiments
• Working closely with development teams in an agile environment

What do you need to bring-

• Minimum of 4 years of technical product experience or equivalent, owning and driving end-to-end product requirements
• Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
• Background in launching software or technical services or Risk management.
• Experience in Fintech, payments, e-commerce, financial services industry, or similar
• Ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and leaders.
