Position: MERN Stack Developer
Experience: 4+ Years (More than 2.5 years in node js and 2.5 Years exp in react js )
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer to join our development team. As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Design and implement efficient and reusable code components across the frontend and backend.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve performance issues and optimize application performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MERN stack and related technologies.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments.
Continuously improve development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a MERN Developer, with at least 4+ to 5+ years of experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML, and CSS.
Extensive experience in building web applications using the MERN stack.
Solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
Strong knowledge of React.js and front-end development principles.
Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers is a plus.
Must have experience with one deployment strategy.
Should have intermediate experience of cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE etc...
