Role Summary: The Recruitment Operations Specialist will serve as the operational foundation of our recruitment team, ensuring the efficient execution of administrative and operational tasks. You will be deeply involved in managing the recruitment process, from the first candidate contact to the final hiring stages, focusing on operational excellence and strict adherence to SOPs. This position requires a detail-oriented approach, proficiency in systems and technology management, and exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities. Furthermore, this role offers the opportunity for growth into a more active recruitment position, including screening profiles and participating directly in the selection process. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, managing inquiries and communications throughout their application process. Collaborate with the recruitment team in screening profiles, providing a hands-on role in evaluating candidates against role requirements. Actively manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring an efficient process that accurately tracks candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Organize interviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure all participants are well-prepared, facilitating a seamless interview process. Respond to candidates with application forms, ensuring completeness for the recruitment team's screening process. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Send timely and appropriate communications to candidates, including updates and rejection emails. Drive and refine recruitment SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and improve candidate experience. As the role progresses, take on a more significant role within the recruitment team, including direct participation in screening profiles and decision-making processes. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in recruitment or HR. Demonstrated proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and adapting to new technologies. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and effective follow-up. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on process improvement and operational excellence. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and address challenges proactively. A proactive, SOP-driven approach, committed to achieving results and maintaining high standards of operational quality. Compensation: Competitive Package : 10 Lakhs CTC per annum (8.5 lakhs paid out monthly + 1.5 lakhs at the end of every 12-month period).
