Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Travel Consultant to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing itineraries. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry and be knowledgeable about the latest tourism trends. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of the travel industry, including popular destinations, airlines, and hotels
  • Strong understanding of travel itineraries, booking procedures, and travel regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passionate about travel and tourism
  • Adept at using travel booking systems and software
  • Fluency in English and Hindi

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their travel plans, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
  • Provide recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities
  • Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as necessary
  • Stay updated on the latest tourism trends, travel restrictions, and visa requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints
  • Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special deals offered by travel suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' travel preferences and contact information
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and achieve sales targets
