Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the technology team, overseeing software development, driving project management, and developing and implementing IT strategy. This role is located in Rajasthan, with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of AI and ML models for healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for healthcare-specific algorithms.
- Architect and implement machine learning solutions to address healthcare challenges.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical considerations in AI/ML applications.
- Evaluate and integrate medical data sources for training and testing ML models.
- Stay informed about advancements in healthcare AI/ML to inform the technical roadmap.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
- Lead efforts to validate and optimize healthcare AI/ML models for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI/ML features into healthcare applications.
- Provide guidance on leveraging AI/ML for predictive analytics and decision support in healthcare settings.
Qualifications /p
• 8+ years of Software Development and Product Development skils
• Minimum 5 years of managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in React JS, React Native, Python, Django, JAVA and NodeJS.
• Deep understanding of systems, algorithms, and database design.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning.
• Specialization in language processing models.
• Experience in Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI) and rPPG with Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Microservices, AWS, and REST API design.
• Proven track record of success in leadership positions (minimum 5 year).
