Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and providing a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquette, and Communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent preferred

Experience in the hospitality industry will be a plus.
