Primary Responsibility Pertaining To The Aligned Portfolio
The role is accountable for
- Driving execution of HR plan for the organization.
- Define talent strategy as per business strategy and goals; Anticipate and plan for capabilities that drive growth
- Develop and oversee deployment of HR strategies, policies, and practices for the business unit
- Structure compensation and benefit packages for roles and levels, promotions and corrections
- Influence and drive people outcome through other talent management functions including Talent acquisition, Talent development and Performance management
- Oversee employee engagement and retention planning and implementation, managing exits
- Lead culture and mindset shift to drive better business outcomes
- Track and influence employee productivity, revenue contribution and margin contribution
- Succession planning for key leadership roles in the unit
- Build leadership pipeline
- Report on key HR metrics and manage HR compliance for the business unit
- Craft cutting edge solutions and presentations for 'request for proposals/request for information'
Role/ Responsibilities Accountable for successful delivery of all HR programs and processes for the assigned client / business group. Key among these programs
- Employee Relations: Accountable for managing employee relations concerns, adhering to HR policy while following guidance.
- Drives resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing and legal and escalates when necessary.
- Work closely with HR COEs and ensure seamless integration of the HR priorities
- Performance Management: Accountable for delivery of Performance Management processes, including Mid-Year Check-In and Performance Review, and is accountable for delivering calibration sessions during Performance Review.
- Employee / Manager Development: Partners with COE resources to deliver Employee &Management Excellence programs and build capability and effectiveness in the line organization.
- Accountable for talent planning and management for the client / business, in fulfillment of the HR Plan.
- Drive and Delivery of Talent Management programs for HIPO population, following direction from the COE regarding responsibilities.
- Collaborates with HR Leadership to design talent planning solutions that will fulfill the HR Plan and serve the business.

Experience And Skills - 10-15 years of HR Operations and leadership experience managing/supporting multiple geographies and locations
- Work well under pressure, managing deadlines and demonstrating flexibility in handling multiple priorities
- Strong Organization skills and ability to operate fairly independently
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Good Interpersonal and conflict management skills
