Our company leadership team has about 2 decades of experience working with Indian and Global Partners in Medical, Cosmeceuticals, and Pharmaceuticals.

Job Summary:

As the International Marketing Manager for Manarti Exports, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global marketing strategies to promote our products and services internationally. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional who can devise and execute result-driven marketing strategies tailored to different regions and customer segments. Your efforts will directly impact the company's global presence, brand recognition, and business growth, making a significant difference in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing plans for various medical product categories, aligning strategies with company goals and target markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competition, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Build more customers for the company by following marketing and promotion strategies, that help the company achieve its goals and targets.
• Lead the international marketing team, providing clear direction, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Content, and Event Management, to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive event participation.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional videos, banners, and digital assets to support our growth..
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, distributors, partners, and our customers.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the success of our company and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international marketing to drive continuous innovation and competitive advantage.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient utilization of resources without compromising on quality and impact.
• Take the lead in crisis management related to marketing activities and devise contingency plans when necessary.
• Represent the company in international events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand visibility and explore potential partnerships.

Qualifications & Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
• Must have International Sales experience (4+ years) (any two at least):  African market, European market, LATAM market, APAC Market
• Must be from a Medical Device products background &  Hospital Surgical products (Sutures, Staplers, Mesh, Hemostat, other Medical & Surgical products).
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing result-oriented marketing campaigns that drove attendance and engagement.
• Strong understanding of global markets, cultural nuances, and regional preferences, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, capable of making informed decisions and adapting strategies based on insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
