Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support to clients, assisting with technical support inquiries and product issues, communicating with clients, and performing sales engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent Customer relationship.
• First point of contact for all Customers for all Technical and Commercial aspects.
• Identify New potential Customers as well as Projects.
• AR Management.
• Developing and implementing suitable strategy for the region.
• Managing Customer requirements in coordination with HO.
• Responsible for KPI's that is mutually agreed with Management.
• Responsible for Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Industrial areas.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales
• Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Ability to provide technical support to clients
• Experience in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• 5-10 Years of Sales Experience in an engineering Industry
• Knowledge of Engineering industries in the region
