Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Kolkata. The Operations Executive will be responsible for the following: a) Build client relationship by promptly handling client queries and offer them customized solutions for our services: SAT, ACT, APs, IB. b) Regularly conduct progress meetings with parents to discuss the progress of their wards. c) Co-ordinate with other team members and facilitate processing invoice and on-time payment. d) Co-ordinate with students, parents and teachers to schedule classes effectively. e) Collect feedback from students and parents and ensure a quick resolution. f) Ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities. Qualifications Strong operations and analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in operations management or related field. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience in the education industry is a plus.Job tags
