Sales Training Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry at Delhi :
As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for Developing and implementing Training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of our Pharmaceutical Sales team at All India level . Position requires 5 to 10 years of experience in sales training in Pharmaceutical Industry . The role is based in Delhi.

Qualifications and Skills :

Graduation or Post Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales Training in the Pharmaceutical Industry Proven track record of developing and delivering successful Sales Training programs
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of different audiences
Experience with training modules and material development
Ability to assess training needs and create tailored training programs
Proficiency in utilizing online training platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of the sales team
Assess the training needs of the sales team and tailor training programs accordingly
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources
Deliver training sessions to the sales team, both in person and through online platforms
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary
Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to enhance sales performance
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs
Track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts as required
