Role and Responsibilities:
The Sales Associate at Hikeedu will be responsible for:
- Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the students area of interest.
- Providing detailed information about the programs offered through phone communication and creating a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Meeting daily deliverables and achieving weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Helping prospective students understand the importance of career navigation.
- Being a good listener and trained in matching candidate needs to future careers.
Candidate Qualifications:
