Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative HR policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
- Proactively address employee concerns, fostering an open and communicative atmosphere.
- Manage payroll processes and benefits administration efficiently.
- Implement creative employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce modern HR practices that resonate with our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Youthful and vibrant personality with a knack for creating a positive work atmosphere.
Salary:
40,000 to 50,000 per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
