Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success - Key Account Head to join our team. As the Key Account Head, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Meet team revenue goals from the portfolio of accounts
- Work with stakeholders to ensure timely billing and collection
- Drive utilization of platform and services through innovative campaigns
- Ensure reviews, governance, and monitoring of service delivery
- Build and expand penetration and impact in a portfolio of accounts
- Build deep connections with senior management across various stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Support strategic initiatives as required
Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience working in corporate and engaging with corporate clients
- Experience in team handling
- Experience in dealing with HR fraternity
- Experience in cross-selling and upselling in a corporate environment
- Knowledge and exposure in HR and employee engagement is highly preferred
