The Role Senior Operations Executive Junosys Networks Pvt. Ltd. Is Hiring for Operations Executive. Job Title: Senior
Operation Executive (Female) Your Responsibilities Will Include - Preparations of Quotation, Purchase order etc.
- Vendor and Contract Management.
- Supply-Chain Management.
- Follow-up of Orders, Renewals, Customers and Partners.
- Order Load, Material inward/outward check.
- E-Mail management (Check & Reply)
- Daily reporting.
- Office Maintenance.
- Day-to-day operations handling.
Ideal Profile - Minimum 2 years to 3 years of proven experience in the field of operations or back office.
- Bachelor's degree BCA, B. Com. Computers.
- Should expert in computer operating.
- Candidates having tally knowledge will be prefferd.
- Should have excellent command on MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel)
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and Writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellence in Email writing and reporting.
