Job Description for Growth Marketing Lead (Relevant experience: 8-12 years) - The finance industry has ignored billions of deserving individuals. We are looking for highly creative growth marketer with strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with cross-functions. It is a full stack profile that will enable candidate to learn and work across all aspects of growth.

What we look for: • Consumer Insight Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in comprehending consumer behaviour and the mindset of a good borrower and bad borrower. You'll be delving into the minds of our users to shape effective communication and help in financial literacy. • Understand and Create customer segments based on customer insights and available data and create marketing strategy to drive adoption across segments • Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth across eligible credit base and/or drive growth and engagement • Forge partnerships with affiliates to drive product awareness and adoption – support on-ground activations where necessary • Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels • Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate platform performance, customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to identify growth opportunities and patterns. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Must be highly indexed while working closely with cross functional teams, including content, product and tech, to execute growth initiatives effectively • Work with product managers to experiment on user journeys by providing actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs • Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth • Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments and smaller tweaks with equal ease • Stakeholder management with senior leadership meetings Preferred Candidate: • Overall 8-12 years of work experience in - growth hacking/ digital marketing, preferably in the Telecom, Fintech or B2C product industry • Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent • Designed and executed all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels -
