Job description
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location : Bangalore, India- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline for potential projects.
2. Project Acquisition : - Develop strategies to secure new projects, focusing on our key industries and target markets.- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
3. Revenue Generation : - Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
4. Client Relationship Management : - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Market Research and Analysis : - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.- Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and meeting sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
