Job description
Machine Operation:
- Operate and monitor production machinery involved in the manufacturing of solar panels.
- Set up machines according to product specifications and ensure proper calibration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of solar panels.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality production standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations and implement corrective actions.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or potential issues.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members, engineers, and other departments to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively to report progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in solar panel production.
- Technical knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills for machine control interfaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
