Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Renewal Business Specialist to join our team. The Renewal Business Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our portfolio of renewable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and promote contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop renewal strategies and identify upsell/ cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of renewing their contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract renewals, including contract terms, pricing, and renewal dates.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
