Salary Range: Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Fit Out Manager located in Mumbai. The Interior Fit Out Manager will be responsible for directing and overseeing the interior fit-out & and turnkey spaces of residential and commercial properties. They will manage the entire process from start to completion, which includes preparing design concepts, material procurement, ensuring timely delivery, and supervising the installation phase of each project. The Interior Fit Out Manager will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and work within project budgets and timelines to ensure all project expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out management and project management
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage and supervise a team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Excel, or similar tools
• Familiarity with interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines
