Role Description

This is an on-site internship role in Human Resources at Janitri located in Bengaluru. The HR intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks that include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The HR intern will also assist with other HR management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and concepts
• Ability to develop and maintain HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits management
• Ability to assist with personnel management tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experience in HR or related field is a plus

Duration : 6 months

Benefits : PPO, Health Insurance

Stipend: 15,000
