Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruitment events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for available positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty members.
- Promote the employer brand and company values on campuses to attract top talents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on campus recruitment activities.
Requirements:
