Alp Consulting is actively seeking candidates for the following position: Designation : Associate Manager Human Resources Required Experience : 5 + years of experience in HR Operations (Employee life Cycle-Hire to Exit, Operations, Payroll & F&F ) Education - MBA in HR is must with above 70% CGPA from a regular college curriculum. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or 30 days Notice period Location : Vasanth Nagar , Bangalore Requirements Proven work experience in HR Operations. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. Hands -on experience into Payroll , PMS & ELC. Experience designing compensation and benefits packages. Team management skills MBA in Human Resources Management. Qualifications MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field A minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience, with significant responsibilities in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation &benefits ,payroll and policies . At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.Job tags
