Position Purpose

Associate Level 1 are responsible for taking care of the Network Admin Activities. Will be serving the Internal Clients of BNP Paribas Group. He / She needs to strike a good equation with his / her Line Managers/Internal Clients of BNP Paribas Group and to provide high quality of service to meet the expected service standards.

Associate Level 1 will direct/initiate the Process Activities after consultation with various departments and its managers within the business group. He / She needs to establish a strong communication network with the managers of different verticals and to plan a series of Network Administration requirements for each vertical/department.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

¡ Floating the new clients into the BP2S books for both LCC & GCC Business.

¡ Ensuring correctness while opening new accounts ( As per Sub custodian account Opening Forms )

¡ Ensuring all the account amendments received – are updated and responded in time.

¡ Ensuring correctness while closing / reopening of accounts.

¡ Assisting the branches with the account opening /closing & modification.

¡ Delivering the correct information & coordination with concerned departments like Network Management, Sub custodians, Relationship, Tax, BME, Securities & Nostri reconciliations.

¡ Preparation of Key/Standard Operating Procedures for each process migrated to Chennai Hub.

¡ Ensure necessary training documents and desk top procedures are in place for each of the process migrated to Chennai Hub.

¡ Defining Key Performance Indicators / Key Risk indicators for the entire Process.

¡ Priorities delegated and manage work flows effectively to achieve individual and team goals.

¡ Coordinating with the entire Network Admin for process improvement.

¡ Maintain Communication Channels with internal peer groups.

¡ Participate in Brain Storming Sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the peer groups and team members.

¡ Completes all activities with a client & quality focus

¡ Demonstrate the ability to deal with complex issues.

¡ Demonstrate integrity. build trust and collaboration

¡ Adherence to Risk and compliance policies of the bank

¡ Consistently evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete, and accurate.

¡ Preparing for the Audit requirements - & ensuring that process and procedures maintained for Network Admin – are updated till date, in order to maintain NIL Audit reports.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

¡ Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills

¡ Good verbal and written communication.

¡ Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

¡ Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
