Hiring for Telecom Client on a payroll of Mynd integrated solutions.
Position Name: IBS Lead ( Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager )
Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
Shift Timings- Day 9:30- 6:00 with maximum time on field
Working Days- 6 days (2nd and 4th Sat working)
Tenure – 1 year – based on performance and client requirement it can be extended .There is No bond.

Job Purpose: Develop new markets and opportunities for emerging business in the area/zone and drive end-to-end solutions for n-Building coverage (IBS).
Establish tie-ups with key realty projects, focusing on hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, malls, educational institutions, government buildings, and residential complexes.
Liaise with Opco's to share sites and collaborate with the sales team.
Ensure meeting various business targets identified under New/Emerging business for the area/zone/region.
Drive all pre and post IBS installation activities and leverage network design and deployment services based on industry trends.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Operationalization of IBS Process.
- Lead IBS implementation within the designated area/zone.
- Strategically plan IBS acquisition, identifying new properties/projects/business groups.
- Build a healthy prospect base for IBS sites to meet/exceed targets.
- Close commercial understanding with Site Owners, address queries/objections, and finalize LOI and Agreements.
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth site implementation.
- Work with other functional teams for timely collections and review contract records.
- Coordinate with the legal team in drafting and finalizing agreements.
- Initiate deviation approvals and business cases for IBS sites.
- Coordinate with site owners and technical/business/customers for site survey and Opco integration.
- Ensure site access for preventive/breakdown maintenance.
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with customers.
- Manage customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor costs incurred on IBS building and maintenance, suggest measures for reduction.
- Achieve revenue targets for the area/zone/region in line with AOP.
- Support area/zone resources in timely resolution of site owner or rent payment-related issues.
- Provide budget estimations for new in-build solutions with coordination to Area/zone Finance Team.
