Job Responsibilities : ● Work with a team of operations engineers and ensure that the team is operating efficiently and effectively ● Ensure that systems and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure by implementing best practices and monitoring for potential issues ● Work closely with development and security teams to ensure that applications and infrastructure are performing at optimal levels ● Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise ● Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the field ● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Work as an L3 operations engineer and work with vendor managed L1/L2 Primary Skills: Application support, Networking Experience, DevOps, GCP, Kubernetes , Dynatrace ○ 10 to 15 years of overall experience with minimum 7 plus years of production support experience on GOOGLE cloud ○ 3 -5 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes ○ 7 + years relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management ○ Experience with Containerization like Dockers and Kubernetes. ○ Certifications Google cloud certification is a plus but not mandatory Required Skills/Qualification ○ B Tech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
