As a Premier Relationship Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional banking experiences and driving the growth of our Digital Banking portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales of all banking products to assigned leads of potential clients by the bank.
- New client acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with highvalue clients through digital channels.
- Provide personalized digital banking solutions.
- Achieve the set target of revenue from the mapped client portfolio.
- Provide premium customer service delivery to the mapped portfolio.
Candidates Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 1 to 5 Years in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales/Insurance/Investment domain.
- Sound knowledge of banking products financial markets and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
