The role will be responsible for hiring Best In Class Software Engineering Talent in India . Working directly with Global CTO's office Senior candidates from new age technology firms with relevant experience will be considered for higher positions Candidates mandatorily have prior experience with core technology product firms, focussed on hiring of niche skills ( Cloud , SaaS , AI-ML , SRE , SDET ..) Clearly demonstrated value VS volume hiring mindset and inspired team members to hire the best in class engineering resources Have deep expertise and knowledge of new age technology talent landscape ( Demand Vs Supply , Diversity , Time to hire , Compensation Ranges ) Worked and influenced stakeholders across US , Uk & Europe Executive presence to work with multiple global thought leaders who are agile , dynamic & demanding Mastered data gathering , analysing and reporting hiring trends to global CTO office on a daily basis . Adept at building hiring plans tailored to each individual vertical engineering leader Set , manage & iterate expectations based on shifting hiring demands Inspired TA team members, to ensure each hire raises the overall talent bar Maintain a high performance team culture , yet actively imbibe OPAH FOCUS culture - Fun & laughter to be prioritised ( ) Have a active connect with educational institutes for internships , research and campus hiring
