Role Overview:Â
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team at Rigtech. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training and guidance to students, focusing on various aspects of field production facilities, surface process facilities, process control operations, downstream, and midstream operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead tutoring sessions and act as a trainer for candidates in field production facilities, surface process facilities, process control operations, downstream, and midstream operations.
- Deliver engaging instruction on topics such as field production techniques, surface processing methods, process control operations, and downstream/midstream processes.
- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and support to students to help them succeed in the oil and gas industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance training programs and improve student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Uphold professionalism and safety in training activities.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in a related field, with expertise in field production facilities, surface process facilities, process control operations, downstream, and midstream operations.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific concepts, practices, and technologies related to field production and processing operations.
- Proven experience in tutoring, training, or teaching roles, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required, depending on jurisdiction and specific job requirements.
