Job description
The technical support representation will provide technical assistance and answers to user questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with our software.
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Identifies, investigates and resolve user problem with computer software 2. Consults with users to identify steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem 3. Collaborate with IT department for investigating and resolving problems. 4. Collaborate with programmers to explain errors and /or recommend modification in software. 5. Maintain knowledge of technology and trends. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned Required skills and abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Professional and pleasant telephonic manner. - Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Proficient in quick learning skills to acquire knowledge regarding the software. Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application or relevant field. - Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support.Job tags
