Position Overview:

As a Marketplace Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our presence on various online marketplaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving sales and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for selling products on various online marketplaces.

Identify new marketplace opportunities and evaluate their potential for the brand.

Storefront Management:

Oversee the setup and maintenance of the brand's storefront on different marketplaces.

Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Sales and Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance on each marketplace.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.

Inventory Management:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels on marketplaces.

Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Implement quality control measures to maintain a positive brand image.

Customer Service:

Collaborate with customer service teams to address marketplace-specific inquiries and issues.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on marketplaces.

Marketing and Promotions:

Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising campaigns on marketplaces.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketplace activities with overall brand campaigns.

Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about competitor activities on marketplaces.

Implement strategies to differentiate the brand and products.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.

Provide insights and recommendations based on marketplace trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace algorithms, and industry best practices.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and achieving KPIs.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
