Job Description

• Own the Industry X.0 vertical Profit and Loss
• Drive topline / revenue growth in target markets viz., India, Middle East, Europe, North America and Japan
• Device portfolio and GTM strategy for Industry
•  Business planning, overheads and expenses management
• Collaborate with Regional sales to build pipeline and actively work on conversion
• Provide leadership in customer acquisition process by managing proposal response, proposal defense, reviewing technical and commercial proposal reponse
• Identify and onboard partners for business expansion
• Provide leadership and governance for delivery teams in program execution
• Partner with technical solution teams to drive portfolio innovation,

Qualifications

Masters degree in business management from leading institutes such as IIM, ISB, or equivalent •

Additional Information

Total 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Digitization. Minimum of 8 years in full P&L managementIT Leadership roles in implementation of MES, I40 platforms and solutionsProven ability to articulate business plans, device strategies for business growthHas led a technical pre-sales team and has significant pre-sales experience in the areas of MES, Manufacturing Digitization solutionsHands on experience in deal structuring and winning large dealsExcellent consultative, interpersonal communication and presentation skillsExcellent customer service and leadership skills
