Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bareilly. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
• Ability to conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidate fit for job requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the service and product industries is a plus
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems is a plus
