Job description (Advanced Analytics Lead)
Job Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
Shift Timing: 1:00PM IST - 10:30 PM IST
Experience: 6-8 years
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery by gathering requirements, aligning on scope, designing the approach, generating a plan of action and executing delivery
- Define & implement advanced analytics strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Mentor, guide & supervise team of analytics consultants
- Oversee design & deployment of ML models, statistical analyses, & data mining activities
- Ensure accuracy & reliability of all analytics outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs & provide insights
- Document & present findings, solutions & methodologies to senior leadership
- Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company policies, information security and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs.
Must have:
- Working knowledge of Azure & Databricks
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL
- Experience with PySpark production level coding
- Good to have knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in collaborative software development environment
- Strong verbal and business communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with variety of business, data science & technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field) Master's degree is a plus
