Job description
The Role:
The overall purpose is to manage IT team and manage/coordinate with the third-party consultants for El Chef, HRMS and SAP module .
Responsibility:
- 8-10 years of experiences in F&B hiring/client site mobilisation across levels from Hotels/Catering/Food services/QSR industry
- Strong in recruitment business partnering with Line managers/Functional Heads for end-to-end hiring & On Boarding
- Must be well versed in optimising all sourcing channels – Internal References/Search Agencies/Social Media hiring/ Job Portals/Campus Drive/Job Fairs
- Must be able to work under hiring TAT and budget for frontline & managerial staff
- Must have a strong data base & networking of F&B/ Kitchen manpower across levels especially in metro cities
- Good English communication skill (fluency in Hindi), Interpersonal relationship skill, MS- Excel
- Should be willing to travel with in city/ across India for site mobilization/ Field sourcing of staff
