Position Overview As a Marketing Specialist at CoverSelf, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts. Working closely with external marketing vendors, you'll be responsible for executing account-based marketing research, running marketing campaigns, managing social media, planning events, and generating marketing-qualified leads. Key Responsibilities - Has experience in building marketing infrastructure for executing different marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external marketing vendors to execute account-based marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify key accounts and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to target specific healthcare organizations.
- Assist in planning and attending/organizing events and webinars to engage prospects and clients.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation and posting schedules.
- Generate marketing-qualified leads through effective lead-generation activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage Industry association memberships.
- Coordinate marketing activities initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably Marketing.
- Minimum two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech or healthcare-related industry, SaaS Enterprise product
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Go getter.
- Be up to date with the industry trends and study competitors.
- Good MS excel and Google sheet skills.
- Ability in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
