Job description
Atlas Systems, a leading Internet company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ServiceNow Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in providing technology solutions that optimize business processes and improve efficiency across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and functionality
- Provide support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications post-deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow platform components, such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Service Catalog Management
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow integrations with external systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
