Job description

The Customer Service Module is a sub-branch of SD module for service management which is tightly integrated with various modules like SD/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR/QM/PP in SAP.

• ¬¬¬¬Monitor the Incidents, Service Request regularly through in Service Now.
• Handle the Tickets timely and resolving with in SLA time frame.
• Need to handle various Change Requests based on the user requests from different plants.
• Coordinate and discuss with users about the Tickets/Change Requests in resolving in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with SME's and discuss about the possible solutions on various Service/Change request and on new Modest.
• Expertise in Customer Service standard processes like Field Service, In-House repair processes.
• Expertise in handling Master data like Equipment, Task List, Customer Master, Material Master.
• Good Hands-on In-Service Quotations, Contracts, Service Notifications, Service Orders et, Time Confirmations etc.
• Good Knowledge in Integration aspects with SD and MM modules.
• Experience in dealing with Interfaces with third part software's.
• Good Knowledge in HRMS integration with Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
• Expertise in PM Master Data like Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans,
• Class and Characteristics, Measuring Points, Task Lists etc.
• Interacting with Team Members of other modules effectively on timely resolution of tickets on Integration aspects.
• Need to perform Year End Activities like Price Changes, Tariffs, KP26 changes, and updating the customized Tables.
