We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The impact you will make :- Work with cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery, leveraging both analytics and user interviews to come up with well-informed, creative solutions- Collaborate with other designers to continuously improve our design processes, workflows, and expectations of quality- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are executed accurately, consistently, and with a high bar of quality- Clearly and effectively communicate product design ideas to cross-functional team members and senior leadership- Develop a strong partnership with your Product Manager and collaborate with themResponsibilities :- Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts.- Be an advocate for the user. Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests.- Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, and ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.Qualifications & Experience :- 2-3 years of industry experience in designing for digital experience. Fresher profiles are also welcome.- Qualification in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.- Self-starter who is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.- Proficient in fundamental visual & interaction design principles- Strong understanding and experience in using Figma.- One must be able to confidently articulate design rationale.- Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate them to design goals.Skills and knowledge :- A very good understanding of basic design principles- Highly skilled in interaction design. - A good understanding of basic principles of interaction design, and familiarity with commonly used design patterns.- Skilled in communication and representation of complex information through effective use of information architecture and visualization.- Experience in working with and developing design systems- Good communication and writing skills- Familiarity with tools for image editing, vector editing, and motion graphics is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
