Hi! We are Wirality, a new media marketing agency that truly believes in the power of Data & Creative when merged. We use Art X Math to drive business results for some of the leading global brands. We as an organization have a very diverse work culture and creativity sits at the heart of it all.

We do not want long essays or your list of school & college level achievements (that includes your academic report). We want people who can do what the JD requires of them and do it wholeheartedly every day.

We are looking for someone who: Lives and breathes creative writing and is perfectly ok to work his way up the industry by learning the tricks of the trade right from the grassroots. Someone who loves the idea of using words to persuade decision making.. Someone who is looking forward to having a career in the modern day digital-first-advertising industry. Understands the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) can be proficient at both. Understanding of social media and digital platforms. Knows how to handle and implement feedback from senior members of the team as well as the client.

What you will learn during this program : The ability to create spot-on ideas from concept to completion Ability to spot the seed of an idea and understand how to nurture and enable it to grow into an impactful, change making campaign. Your main focus will be on ideation and writing, both at a high speed and volume. Collaborate with client services, and strategy departments to develop a high variety of ideas that meets creative and strategic criteria. Hone your skill in conceptualizing, brainstorming, and collaborating to create the strongest ideas. Write and create impactful social and traditional media content that reflects brand’s voice and adheres to the brand’s style guidelines. Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines. Gather learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations. Present copy concepts rooted in strategic thinking to creative leaders Collaborate with an sr copywriter to successfully plan pre production through post production, including organizing the shoot, directing content, etc. A strong hands-on knowledge of the big social media platforms and their specific abilities/limitations. Turn ideas into long and short format scripts. Understand the process from writing scripts to taking them to the final shoot stage Collaborate with the production team consisting of producers, director and production crew. . The ideal candidate has : A bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite or similar software Strong skill set for storytelling, a mastery of grammar and the English language Ability to problem solve and think critically Ability to multitask effectively Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment. Basic knowledge of the advertising industry. Loves TV and cinema Proven social media writing skills Strong collaborator Great with feedback and revisions A working laptop that you can bring to work. Ability to commute to office Gets everyone tea (kidding, we drink coffee)
