Honey Translation Services is a leading language translation agency, specializing in providing high-quality translation and localization services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for our translation services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by contacting potential clients through phone calls and email campaigns. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote our translation services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their translation needs
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new service offerings to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements
- Proven telesales or sales experience, preferably in the translation or language services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
